Player Recruitment
Thank you for your interest in playing for San Diego Legion.
As part of Major League Rugby, we have a formal process in which players are considered to be eligible for salaried positions with our team. Aspiring athletes must be recruited by Legion staff, and/or demonstrate appropriate ability by first playing on our Men's Pacific Rugby Premiership team - OMBAC Rugby.
To date, several of our current & previous players (Drew Gaffney, Keni Nasoqeqe, Nathan Sylvia, Tai Enosa) have been signed to MLR contracts after impressive campaigns in the Pacific Coast Premiership.
At a later date, Legion coaches will be hosting a combine. Details and information to follow. In the meantime, we encourage you to sign up for our weekly newsletter and stay up-to-date on the latest Legion events, news and happenings.
